I recently spent a week at Southern Cross, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. Upon arrival, Lisa greeted us warmly, even accommodating our late check-in and the unexpected need to park our boat onsite-her welcoming attitude instantly made us feel at home. The Ireland room was a personal sanctuary, featuring a newly installed air conditioning unit that quickly cooled the space, paired beautifully with an electric kettle and ample supplies for enjoying tea and coffee in the comfort of the room. The outdoor terrace was an absolute highlight, providing a lovely sitting area that allowed us to unwind and admire the well-maintained gardens; it truly felt like a private oasis. the family-friendly environment, coupled with the staff's attentiveness and positive vibe, made it an ideal retreat for those traveling with children. I wholeheartedly recommend Southern Cross for anyone seeking both relaxation and an authentic connection with nature; I will definitely be returning!
